Hello, how do you set tracking to achieve legibility? Like in this article, http://www.momentumpress.com/sccc/type_1/resources/Spacing&Leading.pdf
it shows some visual way to optically kern and letter space, but im not sure about the tracking. It is not reliable by just feeling, right?

I agree with you about the hanging quotes, but there has been much debate within my designer circle whether a quote should be hung when it doesn’t start a paragraph, but still starts a line of text. I think they should be hung any time a line of text starts with a quote, but I can’t find any examples showing one way or the other.
