OTTO Group E-CRM campaign

For a while now we have been looking after OTTO groups brand roster E-CRM activity. OTTO group are the biggest online retailer in the world and the brands we look after are Kaleidoscope, Freemans, Look Again & Grattan.
Our work basically revolves around creating the sales-led email communications for these four brands on regular basis. This roughly translates to one-to-two emails per-brand, per week. A lot of work, but I’m quite proud of the quality that we maintain.
